With changes wrought by Covid in 2020, an upscale gift shop in scenic Jasper National Park could no longer rely on thousands of tourists patronizing her shop in town. And so she decided to accelerate her plans for her website, complete with online sales via eCommerce.

We took inspiration from her decorative logo and its colour palette to provide a consistent experience from the brick & mortar store to the web. We put the focus on the unique, Canadian-made crafts that come from all across this country. The client knows her customers and provided all the photos of the items, shot in a mixture of interior and exterior settings.

Behind the scenes, we prepped every image, sorted through every product detail and built out the catalogue with numerous item variations, and tested the eCommerce functions rigourously to ensure simple and smooth transactions for customers arriving from social media and search pointers.

Now trained for the ins and outs of their site, the client is well prepared to add and change products as the seasons shift.
